NOTICE
Notice under Article 25 of the Constitution of All India Postal Employees Union Group 'C' read with Article 20 (a) and 22 ibid is here by given that 28th All India Conference of this Union will be held at Dnyaneshwar Mangal Karyalaya, Alandi, Vadgaon Road, Tal-Khed, District - Pune from 9th January 2011 to 11th January 2011.
The following shall be the items of agenda for the All India Conference:-
1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the 27th All India Conference held at Guntur, A.P. in December 2008.
2. Consideration and adoption of Biennial Report.
3. Consideration and adoption of the Audited Accounts 2008-09 & 2009-10 (01.04.2008 to 31.03.2010)
4. Adoption of Budget Estimates for the next session.
5. Organisational Review:-
(i) Organisational position/Local agitations at all levels.
(ii) Membership verification.
(iii) Court Case filed by BPEU & Our efforts for vacation of stay & disposal of the case.
(iv) Functioning of RJCM/Departmental Council
(v) Our approach with sister unions in NFPE at all levels.
6. Review of strikes: -
(i) Proposed Indefinite Strike from 13.07.2010 and its deferment.
(ii) One Day Token Strike on 07.09.2010
(iii) Solidarity strike from 18.12.2008 to 19.12.2008 for GDS cause & implementation of Natarajamurti Committee report.
