Com. H. P. Diwakar, Circle Secretary Rajasthan bereaved

Com. D. P. Diwakar, the senior most leader of the Postal Trade Union movement in Rajasthan Circle and also the father of Com. H. P. Diwakar Circle Secretary, Rajasthan Circle breathed his last on 03.11.2012 due to sudden attack.
