Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance vide its OM dated 9.07.2013 has approved the Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation(IRCTC) as an authorized Agent for the purpose of booking air tickets on Official Tours / Leave Travel Concession (LTC).
