Comrades,
At
the outset, I, on behalf of AIPEU Group ‘C’ (CHQ) would like to extend my
revolutionary greetings to All CHQ Office Bearers, Circle Secretaries, Mahila
Committee Members, Divisional/Branches secretaries for their efforts to make
all the agitational programmes on the call of NFPE and AIPEU Group ‘C’C(HQ) a
grand success.
Reports
received from all corners of country regarding observing of two days Hunger
Fast on Dated 28th & 29th November 2017 are
encouraging and we convey our thanks and appreciation to all those comrades who
participated in it and contributed their best to make the programme a grand
success.
We
as P3 are the major union in Postal so we have to carry higher responsibilities
to protect the interests of Postal Workers and have to resist the onslaughts
unleashed by the Govt. in wake of new economic policies.
Though
we have full faith on our entire rank and file. But some time we listen some
news from some corners that some of our leaders do not take part in the
agitational programmes on the call of NFPE & P3 CHQ for the reasons one or
another, which is not at all acceptable.
It
some body is having some grievance he can put the same on the proper forum
which will be given due consideration. But defiance of instructions from CHQ
and NFPE will be viewed seriously.
Therefore
this is the humble appeal from the P3 CHQ, please do not defy the instructions
of higher ups.
The
coming time is very tough and we are facing it; Recently just before two days
hunger fast, the instructions issued by the department not to grant leave and tackle
with tough hands is quite evident to understand the situation. But one thing is
very clear and encourages us that any agitational call given by NFPE shake the
department and Govt.
Therefore
we appeal to you all to get ready for future struggles and make all efforts to
make one day massive Dharna on 20th December in front of all Chief
PMG offices a historic success.
Further
we have to organize 5 days relay Dharna from 12th February to 16th
February 2018 at Delhi. Quota has been allotted to all circles for
participation date wise. All Circle, Divisional and Branch Secretaries are once
again requested to select the participants and ask them to book to and fro
journey tickets to avoid inconvenience.
All
India office bearers will have to stay in Delhi and will participate all the 5
days in Dharna CHQ will make their stay arrangements.
A
proforma for submitting information about participation in 2 days hunger fast
on 28th & 29th November 2017 is sent herewith.
Every
Divisional and Branch Secretary is requested to submit the information. Those
who will not submit information will be treated as absentees and it will be
viewed seriously in coming CWC.
