HSG-I ADHOC PROMOTIONS EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS

Subject: Continuation of ad-hoc promotion made in the cadre of HSG-I.

 

Sir/Madam.

 

            I am directed to refer to this Department's letter of even numbers dated 21^st May 2008 and 21^st November 2008, regarding continuation of ad-hoc promotion made in the cadre of HSG.I for a period of six months beyond May 2008 and to say that it has been decided with the approval of Department of Personnel & Training to continue the said ad-hoc arrangement for a further period of six more months i.e. upto 19^th May 2008 or till the Recruitment Rules are finalized and regular arrangements are made in accordance with that, whichever is earlier.

 

2.         It is, therefore, requested that the ad-hoc promotion initially made as per instructions contained in this Department's letter of even number dated 20^th November 2006 in HSG.I may be further continued accordingly.

            I am directed to refer to this Department's letter of even numbers dated 2^nd December 2008 regarding continuation of ad-hoc promotion made in the cadre of HSG.I for a further period of six months and to say that the date '19^th May, 2008' figuring in the 6^th line of first para of the above mentioned letter may be read as '19^th May, 2009'.
