          NFPE circular no PF-1(e)2018 dated 03.Aug.2018  on the above subject is sent h/w with. NFPE has allotted quota of 25 women delegates to participate in Camp & Convention which is allotted as under.

Sub: All India Women’s Study Camp and Convention at Haridwar on 29^th & 30^th October 2018

Dear Comrades,

Confederation of Central Govt Employees and Workers is going to hold All India Women’s

camp and convention at Haridwar on 29^th & 30^th October 2018.

         

          COC. U.P is hosting the Camp & Convention:

          Delegate fees  has been fixed as Rs. 800/-(eight hundred rupees only)

Accommodation will be provided from the afternoon of 28^th October and will remain

available up to 31^st October  6 AM.

          Food will be provided  on 29^th & 30^th October

The Confederation has allotted quota of 80 delegates to NFPE, which is allocated to all

          affiliated unions as under .

          P- III  -  25                  P-IV -20                                  R-III -15          R-IV -10

          Admin- 5                   Postal Acctts- 5                  SBCO- 5        GDS- 10

          All General Secretaries are requested to allot quota to each Circle and direct Circle

Secretaries to select delegates and ask them to book to and from Journey tickets at once to

avoid inconvenience as Haridwar and Rishikesh are world fame tourist and pilgrim places

and there remains heavy rush always in trains.
