PRODUCTIVITY LINKED BONUS FOR POSTAL EMPLOYEES FOR 2009-10 WILL BE AGAIN 60 DAYS

DEPARTMENT RELEASED ORDERS ON 01.10.2010

Dear Comrades!
The Orders for payment of PLB for Postal Employees issued on 01.10.2010. It will be 60 Days once again. The maximum ceiling will be @ 3500 for Regular Employees; 2500 for GDS; and 1200 for Casual including Temporary Status Casual Labourers.

NEW ORDER ON BONUS CEILING ISSUED BY DIRECTORATE TODAY IS REPRODUCED HEREUNDER
 
Dear Comrades! The new and revised bonus ceiling orders issued by the Directorate after the negotiations by the Postal JCA of NFPE and FNPO and GDS Unions with the Secretary [P] is furnished below. This revised order follows the same line as like two previous occassions when the ceiling was enhanced from 750/- to 1600/- and from 1600/- to 2500/-. As on both those occassions there was no problem for GDS to get enhanced bonus, this time also there shall not be any problem  for GDS to get revised ceiling of 3500/- applied uniformly under the revised orders. The new order is reproduced below:
