The
Champion of the Postal Group 'C' employees is retiring from service today
A/N.We cannot forget two dates i.e. electing as General Secretary on 13.09.2006
at Jwalaji and 31.05.2012 retiring as chief postmaster at Chennai GPO. After
becoming as General Secretary AIPEU Gr 'C',Com.K.V.Sridharan created wonders in
Group 'C' union as well as in NFPE movement. Many number of unsolved problems
especially thousands of residual vacancies have been got filled up. Whatever
the problem referred to CHQ,it was persued till its final disposal.Whenever we
telephoned,he will guide and tell solution for redressal of problem words
cannot be sufficient here to tell about Com.K.V.S. hard work for us.
Com.K.V.S. is one of the founder of NFPE GDS union recently and also
moving in all rounds for its recognition. He is holeheartedly working hard for
cause of all sections of employees especially for GDS. He stressed the
department on the issue of cadre restructuring and according to strong desire
with his nice arguments on 29.05.12, a shape was arrived on cadre restructuring
issue.
In
regard to Gudur Dn we had a close contact with Com.K.V.S. from 2006 itself. He
guided me in all respects for issues solvation. He utilised the technology in a
much useful way and so many divisions have started functioning through
websites,eMails,among which my self also one.
On
behalf of Gudur NFPE pray much better in retired life and personally request
more concentration on issues like departmentalisation of GDS,pension to
GDS,medical facilities to GDS,promotions to GDS etc.Though officially retired,physically
Com.K.V.S. is our great leader in NFPE. Red salute to Com. KVS.

you are aware of the fact that our beloved Comrade K V Shridharan is retiring
from service on 31.5.12 on superannuation. AIPEU Koraput Divisional Branch on
behalf of thousands of comrades wish the dynamic KVS a very happy and peaceful
retirement life with his beloved family.
Undoubtedly KVS himself is a milestone in the Indian Postal Trade Union
history and activity. A simple yet a strong person with a soft heart is surely
leaving us in form of retirement from service but that does not end up our
relationship with KVS. We are very sure that KVS and trade union activity are
inseparable and thus Koraput Division and KVS will remain in touch with each
other. The efforts laid down by him are cent percent praiseworthy. He has set a
new dimension of leadership in the trade union movement. The problems of
Koraput Division have been straightly dealt by him by making correspondences
with DG (Posts) and reminded them too.
