The Conference ended with the
resolve to fight policy offensives unitedly.
33rd All India Conference of
All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’ was held at Shri Anandpur Sahib from
19th April to 22nd April 2022 in a very grand and
splendid manner.
AIC commenced with the flag hoisting on 19th April. National Flag was hoisted by Com. R. N. Parashar, Secretary General, Confederation of C. G. Employees & Workers & NFPE Flag was hoisted by Com. C. C. Pillai, Ex- Secretary General, NFPE and P3 flag was hoisted by com. N. Subramanian, President.
Homage was paid to the Martyrs and leaders whom we lost during this period including Com. M. Krishnan, Ex-General Secretary, P3, Com. S. S. Roy, Asst. General Secretary, P3, Com. R. Sivannarayana, Ex-President, Com. S. A. R. Mazgaonkar, Ex-Working President and Com. R. Seethalakshmi, Ex-General Secretary, P4 and others who left during this period by offering flowers on martyrs column by all leaders, guests, CHQ office bearers, Circle Secretaries, delegates and visitors.
The open session was inaugurated by
Com. Swadesh Dev Roy, All India Secretary of CITU. In his inaugural speech he
elaborated on the political and economic issues prevailed in country and
international factors affecting economic policies of our country and policy
offensives unleashed by the Govt. of India on common man, peasants, agriculture
workers, and workers of organized and unorganized sectors. He stressed the need
of united struggle to fight against the policy offensives.
The inaugural session was also addressed by Com. R. N. Parashar, Secretary General, Confederation, Com. P. U. Khadse, General Secretary R3, Com. P. Suresh, General Secretary R4, com. S. B. Yadav, General Secretary, Postal Accounts, Com. Jasmine Jalal Begum, General Secretary SBCO, Com. P. V. Rajendran, President NFPE, Com. A Sree Niwas, Vice President, NFPE, Com. Giriraj Singh, Ex-President NFPE and Com. C. C. Pillai, Ex-Secretary General, NFPE.
Com. K. V. Sridharan, Ex-General Secretary P3, Com. K. Ragavendran, Ex-Secretary General, NFPE & General Secretary, AIPRPA and Com. D. B. Mohanty, General Secretary P4 delivered their speech in delegate session.
Delegate session started with the presentation of General Secretary’s report by Com. Janardan Majumdar, General Secretary.
Discussion started on Report and agenda items. More than 100 delegates and all CHQ office bearers, /Circle Secretaries and Women Committee Members deliberated on agenda items.
The discussion was summed up by Com. R. N. Parashar, Ex-Genera Secretary P3 and by com. Janardan Majumdar present General Secretary jointly.

The Conference also passed some resolutions
on important subjects which will be published in journal.
The Constitution amendment for enhancement of monthly subscription Rs.75/- to Rs.100/- was also passed unanimously with the following break up.

CHQ - Rs.20/-
NFPE - Rs.5/-
The Conference was concluded after the vote of thanks by Com. SSRA Prasad, AGS and with thunderous slogans and applaud to reception committee for organizing the AIC in such a grand and splendid manner for making all arrangements of accommodation, food and meeting by Reception Committee of Punjab Circle under leadership of Coms. Lachman Singh, Manjit Singh and Joginder Singh.
