VERIFICATION PROCESS
The Petition filed by the Department of Posts to Vacate the stay granted by the Hon'ble High Court Chennai in the writ petition filed by the All India RMS Assistant Superintendent & inspector Association did not come up for hearing on 18.06.08. it may take even long time. The Department is pursuing the same in the court to vacate the stay.
After the vacation of stay ordered by the Hon'ble High Court, the Department will further grant sufficient time to submit the declaration forms to the DDOs, we are watching the developments.
Till then, the Divisional/Branch Secretaries may keep the Declaration form with them and there is no urgency in disposing the same.
This is published due to the continuous enquires from various corners since yesterday about the submission of Declaration forms.
