ATTENTION OF BRANCH/DIVISIONAL SECRETARIES
All India Postal SBCO Employees Association was formed last year and it is one of the affiliates of mighty National Federation of Postal Employees.
The newly born union require nourishments and care from the mother union of our P3. It has to come out successful in the current verification. All our Circle/Divisional/Branch Secretaries should extend all sorts of cooperation in the verification process to the office bearers of SBCO Association. It is our primary duty, responsibility and requirement at this juncture.
Please act swiftly and bring our SBCO Association with flying colours in the current verification.

ANY IMPROVEMENT DURING THE 88 YEARS ?

We must seriously take up this question of punishment and the treatment due from superior officers. We cannot allow our manhood to be destroyed by such constant terror of punishment hanging like Damocles' sword over our head."

Don't wait for last minute! Finish the verification work before 10.05.09. Submit the list to D.D.O. If secured any more declarations from the left out, submit later on before 15.05.09.
STOP NOT! REACH THE HORIZON!
There is total transparency this time in publication of membership list by the administration. Please ensure that the copy of the membership lists of each branch should reach the CHQ positively on or before 20.05.09. Please collect the figures of other unions and send your report to CHQ positively on 15.05.2009 after completion of the submission of Declaration form. The leaders at grass root level are requested to avail leave, make intensive tour and ensure maximum mobilization of membership.
VERIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Ø Department ordered reverification of membership.
Ø Membership Declaration form signed by the Director (SR) dt. 17.04.2009 should alone be used for obtaining membership declaration.
Ø Last date for submission of declaration forms to DDOs is 15.05.2009. The DDO's in turn should submit the same to Divisional Heads before 20.05.2009.
Ø Another list of members in Triplicate duly signed in each page by the Secretary should be submitted to the concerned divisional superintendent on or before 20.05.2009.
Ø Divisional Heads will scrutinize the applications in the presence of one representative from each applicant union before 25.05.2009.
Ø Divisional heads will return the lists and declaration forms to DDOs and the DDOs will return to the union one copy of list of members and will exhibit another list in the notice board from 27.05.2009 to 29.05.2009.
Ø Members will be provided an opportunity to represent against any fraudulent use of their name or signature by any union upto 02.06.2009 in writing to divisional head.
Ø Recovery of subscription will be made from June salary.
Please educate the employees that signing for two or more unions will result their non membership in any union for five years.
