NOTICE

Notice is hereby given under Article 25 of the Constitution that the meeting of the Central Working Committee of All India Postal Employees Union Group ‘C’ will be held at THAKUR PRASAD COMMUNITY HALL, KIDWAI PURI, PATNA - 800001 (BIHAR) ON 26^th & 27^th FEBRUARY 2018. All CHQ Office Bearers, Circle Secretaries and Mahila Sub Committee members are requested to attend the meeting in time.

The following shall be the items of Agenda of the Central Working Committee.

2.      Review of Confederation and NFPE agitational programmes including one day strike on 23^rd August 2017.

3.         Pay Commission related Issues & functioning of anomaly committee.

4.         P3 Cadre related issues including Postmaster Cadre & Cadre restructuring.

5.         Review of CBS/CIS/CSI/RICT & IPPB related issues.

6.         Out sourced Postal agency system.

7.         Recruitment Rules of various cadres and needed changes.

8.        Enhancement of percentage in Group ‘B’ exam for General line and changes

9.        GDS related issues – Implementation of GDS Committee report.

10.     Casual labourers issues.

11.     Regular & GDS membership verification.

12.     New Pension Scheme.

13.     Holding of AIC – Suggestions.

14.     Financial Review.

15.     Dak Jagriti & other publications.

16.     Any other items, with the permission of the chair.
