INDIA CONFERENCE – BOOKING OF JOURNEY TICKETS

Comrades,
You are aware that All India Conference is scheduled
to be held in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala from 10.03.2013 to 12.03.2013. All
delegates should reach the AIC Venue on 09.03.2013 afternoon so that we can
complete the formalities of credential etc and commence the Conference sharp as
notified. Similarly, the return can be made only on 13.03.2013 (i.e.) after the
conclusion of the conference.
Railway Reservation starts four months in advance.
There are no more trains available and there will always be heavy rush/demand
in trains. As such the train tickets shall be booked well in advance.
Please rush your reservation from today onwards. Intimate
the names & phone number of comrades who are attending well in advance to
CHQ & Recieption Committee.
