WASHING ALLOWANCE DOUBLED FOR COMMON CATEGORY GROUP C & D
ORDERS FOR GRANT OF DEARNESS RELIEF TO PENSIONERS FROM 1.1.2006
Dear Comrades!
The DOPT orders for refixation of Pay in the revised Pay Scale from 1.1.2006 in 1S Pay Scale with the Grade Pay 1300/= is released today.
Washing Allowance for common category of all Group C & D Employees is doubled from Rs.30/= per month to Rs.60/=. The date of effect of the orders is 1.9.2008. More over it is ordered that 25% increase will be granted when the DA payable on revised pay goes up to 50%.
Dearness Relief Orders for Pensioners for grant of the same from 1.1.2006; 1.7.2006; 1.1.2007; 1.7.2007; 1.1.2008; and 1.7.2008 @ 0%; 2%; 6%; 9%; 12% and 16% released today by the Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare.
