HAND BOOK – 2010

 

Com. M. Krishnan, President CHQ while attending the National Council of Confederation of Central Government Employees & workers held at New Delhi from 04.12.09 to 06.12.2009 suggested me to explore the possibility of compiling a hand book for 2010 and send to all Branch/Divisional Secretaries.

 

Every year we use to send greeting cards to all divisions and we felt that instead of sending greeting card, we can replace the greeting in the shape of hand book this year. The time was too short and there were many preoccupations in Dec'09 at Dhanbad, Asansol, Karnataka Circle Council, Maharashtra Circle conference, M. P. Circle conference etc. However, we took sportively to implement the suggestion of Com. M. Krishnan, CHQ President resulting in the release of the Hand Book in the last week of December 2009.

 

The Hand Book was dispatched by VP for Rs. 5/- only in order to ensure prompt and proper delivery of the same to the concerned. We are in receipt of many messages appreciating our venture. Many Divisional secretaries had indented to supply the same for cost. Accordingly, more than 2000 books were ordered only from A. P. circle. We are in receipt of more indents from Tamilnadu, Kerala, Gujarat, Karnataka, Bihar Circles. The cost of the book was fixed as Rs.20/- which includes postage.

 

If any Divisional/Branch Secretaries desire to indent the Hand Book 2010 to supply to their members, the CHQ will entertain the same and the send the books to the division/branch/circle secretaries & Circle office bearers by regd. post and the CHQ will bear the postage for such indents.

 

On receipt of indents, we will reprint the year book 2010 and send the same at the earliest possible. Shall we know about your indent by next mail.
