Sub: - Notice of
agitational programme by AIPEU Group ‘C’, Assam Circle against High handedness
of SSPOs, Tezpur Division (Assam).
Sir,
A copy of letter No. AIPEU/Corr-18/2020 dated
04.07.2020 Addressed to Chief PMG Assam is sent herewith.
In the said letter circle union of Assam has notified
some agitational programmes against highhandedness of SSPOs Tezpur. This union
has also written on several times against dictatorial and harassing attitude of
SSPOs. Tezpur. He is deliberately victimizing the members of this union. Many
cases of irregular, illegal, malpractices and corrupt practices have been
reported to Chief PMG Assam by Circle Union and by this union to Directorate.
But it is a matter of great regret that no action has
been taken against him on any matter.
It is therefore requested to kindly cause necessary
action against SSPOs Tezpur after making enquiry from the officers of
Directorate on the matters which have been reported earlier after transferring
him from the post of SSPOs Tezpur.
One of his matter of taking liquor and hosting party
in the office during lockdown period which is quite unbecoming of an officer
was also reported but no action has been taken on the same. This incident was
broadcasted by local news channel of Tezpur & Assam.
It is therefore once again requested to kindly look in
to the matter personally and cause suitable action in this regard so that the peace
and congenial atmosphere may be maintained in Assam Circle.
