Sub: -  Non maintenance and repairing of Post office buildings and staff quarters in Arunachal Pradesh Division (North East Circle).

Sir,

It has been brought to our notice that since so many years the work of maintenance and repairing of staff quarters is not being carried out in Arunachal Pradesh. The Post office buildings and staff quarter are in very dilapidated condition and officials feel unsafe during the period of working in Post office or residing in quarter. Some buildings are quarters may collapse at any time.

It is therefore requested to kindly cause necessary action to carry out the work of repairing and maintenance of the PO buildings at staff quarters immediately to avoid any mishappening.
