What about the supervisory scale of 5000-8000? is it not a demand? the mail motor depptt tactfully upgraded their scale of 4500-7000 to 5000-8000. what about us? it has been seen that almost all the 4500-7000 has been upgraded. what about us? are we going to pay for a past mistake?
